Product Description The Model Rules of Professional Conduct offers timely information on lawyer ethics. The black-letter Rules of Professional Conduct are followed by numbered Comments that explain each Rule's purpose and provide suggestions for its practical application. The Rules help lawyers identify proper conduct in a variety of given situations, review those instances where discretionary action is possible, and define the nature of the lawyer's relationship with clients, colleagues, and the courts.

the whole contents of the model rules are available at ABA's relevant webpage. Just google the title and you will see it. If your PR professor is not very particular I really don't see why you have to get a hardcopy of the rules anyway.
Learn your rules, you better learn your rules. If you don't, you'll be eaten in your sleep! June 12, 2010 Creed Bratton (Scranton, PA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
It's a pretty straight forward rule book. If you're in law school, you'll probably need it. I don't think there's much more to it. Also, much like the 40 rules all Shrute boys must learn before they are five, if you don't learn these rules, you'll be eaten in your sleep. I think this is what happened to Mose. :) In addition, if you don't learn your rules, you won't know that you should only have a sexual relationship with a client if the relationship existed before you began representing them.
